ok, seeing as I am not in as often and keep forgetting to bring in the actual rules for the territories, here they are.
Villages - Sigmar's haven, Cutthroat's den, Black Pit Settlement, Brigandsburg – holding one of these grants -1 to the warband size number, not category. owning all 4 will count as -4 warband size for example.
Greart Library of Mordheim. allows for the playing of the Great Library scenario.
Temples. Sigmar and Morr. allows for either; Holy Tome, Blessed Weapon as per exploration result or Hired sword( sigmar= warrior priest, Morr= Priest of Morr) this bonus can only be gain once per territory.
Merchant's Quarter. Allows for the scenario Merchant's Square.. Holder of the Territory gains as well +1 to leader's rarity rolls.
Wizard's Mansion – allows for the Wizard's Tower scenario. Caster characters can pick their next spell where they get the opportunity .
The Pit – Only benifiets Choas warbands. grants for one time only 1 heroe with a free mutation.
City Hall and Rich Quarter allow for the generation of 1d6 additional gold per exploration phase the warband controlling makes
Cemetary of St. Voller. – from this time one, the scenario Night in the Cemetary.
