The rules:
- One-third of every deck must be of a single creature type.
Yes, cards with the creature type "Changeling" count towards your Tribal Count.
- Your deck must be at least 60 cards.
- No Sideboard!
- Normal deck building rules apply, so at most only 4 copies of the same English name equivalent cards except for basic land.
- The following creature types are banned as tribe:
Elves, Druids, Goblin, Merfolk & Sliver.

As usual we’ll be awarding a booster to player with the most original tribe and deck. The most original deck will be chosen by the Tournament Organizer or his representative. His decision is final and not open for discussion.
