You want to play competitive Magic but you think it is too expensive? Not at all! For just a few Euro worth of cards you can build a fantastic deck. What, when, how?

The rules:
- Your deck must be at least 60 cards with an optional sideboard of exactly 15 cards.
- Each deck may contain up to a maximum of 5 Uncommons.
The rest of the deck needs to consist entirely out of Commons.
And yes, your sideboard is part of your deck.
- Decks may not have any Rares or Mythic Rares in them.
- Only black and white bordered cards are allowed.
Obviously, all cards in the silver-bordered Unglued & Unhinged sets are also banned.
- Rarity is based on Gatherer information. Lowest rarity counts. This includes MTGO releases such as the MasterSets
- Normal deck building rules apply, so at most only 4 copies of the same English name equivalent cards except for basic land.
- No “ante” cards.
